Booking & Payment
After you have made a booking request with us, we will email you an Invoice containing all the details of your stay, rate and information about payment.
To confirm a booking we require a payment of 30% of the total rental amount. The 70% balance will be payable 30 days before arrival. For arrivals within 60 days, the entire amount is payable at booking..
We accept payments via: Wire Transfer, Visa and MasterCard
Cancellations
Cancellations received until 60 days before arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received within 60 days before arrival will receive a credit for future stays.
Check-in & Check-out Times
Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
Check-out Time: 12:00 AM
We accommodate flexible check-in/out times subject to availability.
Children & Extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children under 2 stay for free - Pack ānā play and high chair available
Two roll-away beds (single) are available for $75.00 net/night
Number of Guests
The number of Guests staying at the Property should not exceed the number indicated in the booking confirmation.
Use of Property
All bookings are assumed to be for normal holiday purposes only, and the Guest agrees that the use of the Property will be limited to this purpose unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
If the Guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party, which involves having a larger number of people at the Property, or if the Guest is planning to use the Property for a purpose other than holiday, a special approval or arrangements may be required. Depending on the nature of the event, a surcharge and/or additional security deposit may be required, which will be agreed and confirmed in writing prior to confirming the reservation.
